Stud Services
Collection
If you choose to have chilled semen shipped, we ask that you let us know 24 hours in advance if at all possible. We collect, prepare and package all orders ourselves, and we like to plan ahead as much as we can.
For shipments, the cost of the first collection is included in the stud fee. Any additional collections will be $100. You will be responsible for paying all shipping charges.
Shipping
FedEx First Overnight typically guarantees delivery the next business day by 8-9am. However, if you are in a rural area, FedEx does not guarantee delivery until about 12pm M-F, or 1:30pm on Saturdays.
We must drop our shipments off at FedEx before 4pm Monday through Friday. Saturday shipments must be dropped off before 1pm. Saturday deliveries may have an extra charge. Please take note that Saturday shipments will not be delivered until Monday morning.
Shipping charges vary by location and day of delivery. Additionally, once you receive your shipment from us, you have 3 days to ship back our shipping box with the Styrofoam insert, ice packs and our Ship Mate container. We do not require that you ship it back overnight; 3-5 day shipping is acceptable. If you refuse to ship back our supplies, you will be held responsible for the cost of replacing those supplies.
Stud Fees
Our stud fees are $1,200. We require half of the fee at the time of live cover, AI or first shipment. The remainder of that fee is due when the puppies are born.

If you decide to use our stud services and opt for live cover, we can board your female for a period of 3-5 days as needed in our brand new indoor/outdoor climate controlled kennel. We also provide elevated beds for all our guests. We will cover your female once per day for three days in a row. You are required to bring proof of current vaccinations and enough food to cover the length of their stay. You are welcome to bring any bedding, toys and treats. Females will be let out to potty and play all throughout the day. Our first walks begin about 7am, and our last walks are around 9pm. Your pup will be treated like one of our own during their stay. We are more than happy to send pictures and updates daily.
If you prefer to do side by side artificial insemination, your female will need to stay with us during the peak of her heat. You will need to take her to your vet for progesterone testing to determine her levels. Once your vet says she’s ready to breed, you may bring her to us to board for a few days. We will breed her once per day for three days in a row with fresh semen. You are required to bring proof of current vaccinations and enough food to cover the length of their stay. You are welcome to bring any bedding, toys and treats. Females will be let out to potty and play all throughout the day. Our first walks begin about 7am, and our last walks are around 9pm. Your pup will be treated like one of our own during their stay. We are more than happy to send pictures and updates daily.
